Job switch help

I am currently working in Workday Implementation offering (Functional) at Big4. I have worked in this role for 1 year now.

I want to switch to HR Roles like Talent Management, HRBP. I already have an MBA HRM from a tier 2 college after which I got placed in my current role. What to do for making the switch? Strategy and Resume building advice.
