Trending @Wipro; Job Switch Help!

Please help me switch my job. I've been at Wipro for the past 2 years without being assigned to an actual project, so I don't know what to put in my resume as experience. What is the process to get into another organization? Please help me with the actual steps that lead to an interview because I've applied for multiple jobs and gotten nowhere. I would really appreciate any help.
