Hi everyone I’ve been working as a Data Analyst for 6 months at a fashion retail startup in Goregaon (founded 2017). My work is around sales and customer data – using Power BI, Python, Excel and GSheets to study customer behavior and sales trends, mostly from ecommerce app data. The issue is my current salary is only ₹18k per month, which feels quite low. Now I’m confused – should I stay here for more experience or start applying outside for better growth and pay? Considering the current market situation (competitive, layoffs, selective hiring), I’m unsure what’s the smarter move. Should I stick for stability and learning, or start looking out? Would love to hear opinions from those who have been in a similar spot.
