Job switch guidance

Hi folks, need a suggestion

Tech stack: Java full stack (Angular/React)

I made my first job switch after 3.8 years working for Wipro with cctc at 5.2 lpa

Now joined NTT Data with 13 lpa

After how many years or months I should plan my next switch? And how much I can raise my ctc?
