How much can we expect if a 14 year experienced guy is switching from tcs with below relevant experience -

Prod support - 1 year Dev in C - 3.5 years Prod support and Business Analyst and client facing role - 4.5 years BFSI domain - Tech lead for 1.5 years Developer in C, Python, Interfacing (Json, curl) , Agile - 4 years
