Job switch from KPMG to start up firm

I am currently working in KPMG as a Consultant in FDD. I am getting 13.5 lpa fixed compensation here . I have an offer in a start up firm for 17lpa as a senior associate in FDD too . Should I join considering KPMG's appraisal in octwill make my salary 15lpa and annual bonus of 2LPA. This start up team is offering me 1 lacs of joining bonus and and has appraisal cycle of calendar year.
