Job switch for 12+ year experience
Hey all, I am trying to switch but not able to do so from last couple of years. Updated naukri profile every day morning, applied to jobs, had been a active person on LinkedIn via posts, likes and comments. Changed my jotice period to 15 days or less and sometimes as "Serving notice period" but no use. Cold emails and asking fro referrals also didn't helped.
Any suggestions on any ways which have worked for senior professionals?
Yoe: 12+ Skills: Data Analytics and Data Engineering Did executive MBA from IIM Calcutta (tried for management consultant roles also but didn't succeed so had to fall back to a team lead kinda role)
Whats your current salary? Location?
40 LPA ; Bangalore
This is strange. I recently met 2 people in DE who were 8-9 years and did a recent change at much higher salary. I sould say that you need to make changes to your resume if you are not getting shortlisted. Use AI liberally in tailoring it to match keywords from JD.
