Job switch

I have 2 Y.o.E in technology consulting as consultant 2 with EY. Skillset: Power BI, SQL, advanced excel, Python (EDA, linear regression, random forest, logistic regression, time series). CTC: 14.64 (12 fixed) I'm considering making a switch in profile centered around data analytics (not data science). What CTC can i expect? Should I stay in EY for a bit longer? Product based companies vs consultancies, what'd be difference in work life and compensation? Any other suggestions? Thanks lovely people!
