Job switch - currently working as a Tester (SSE) in infosys

Im currently working in infy as a Senior systems engineer but im a tester and my yoe is 3 with current ctc 4.22 Lpa. My skill sets are Selenium,java,sql and rest assured. I am looking for a job switch but even though applying in naukri,linkedin and glassdoor,I am not receiving interview calls. I am frustrated because of this. And I also dont know how much will get if i make a switch.
