Job switch calls

Hey, I’m an Apm with 4.5 years of experience(tier 1 college). I’m trying for a switch since last 2 months but not getting any calls.

Am I doing something wrong?

PS- I’m working in my current firm since last ~2 years but haven’t launched anything(due to re prioritisation . From founder). Hence, I have negligible metrics to show
