Hello Everyone,
Currently I am in TCS as SAP TM consultant with 3 YOE and 6.7 LPA. I’ve got the offer with fixed pay 9 LPA and Variable pay 2LPA. Is this reasonable package for the SAP Functional consultant with 3 YOE ?
Please suggest me here.

Told you its decent but not great!! If you are aiming for great then you should ask around 15-16 LPA. Before making that ask u need to check whether the company can pay that much.. it would help if you can tell the organisation name
