Job Switch as a 3.7 YOE BA

My offer in a leading MNC got revoked last Friday. I had another startup offer but said no since they were offering less CTC. I’ve been applying to jobs since Monday and also working out some referrals. The current market scenario is really scary!! Even after cracking interviews they ain’t rolling out offers.

It’s demeaning to witness that even after having the required skills I am not landing a good offer. Mentally feeling very down and weak. Can anyone help me out for further up-skilling and if you’re kind enough to offer me a referral. I shall be really grateful!
