Trending @Wipro; Job switch advice needed!

How can I get a job in another organization? My situation is a bit critical, so I need to switch. I have 2 years with no billable project at Wipro. My skills include SQL, Excel, and Power BI. What should I put in my resume under the experience section to get noticed by recruiters? I'm okay with being hired as a fresher. Please give me suggestions or advice.
