Job Switch Advice Needed – Wells Fargo to EXL?

Need help deciding on a job switch: Currently at Wells Fargo with a 3-day office schedule, but struggling with work-life balance as a mom to an 11-month-old. Got an offer from EXL for a Senior Consultant role in Decision Analytics for an insurance client (yet to know RTO schedule but it’s mostly gonna be 2days) What would you choose — brand + stability at Wells or flexibility + consulting exposure at EXL? Honest pros & cons, please!
