They won't negotiate this much.. he is getting a good package considering his year of experience.. even if he stay now with no negotiation.. next year hike also he won't be getting this much... Just an FYI

Correct, in this case he must accept the offer and try for other companies. As in Capgemini his growth and salary both will stop.

You definitely understand a company better when you are currently part of it. In the IT industry its less about good/bad and more about what aligns with your goals at the moment.

If someone is getting a decent package... its fair to take the opportunity and continue exploring better options down the line. If Capgemini doesn’t feel like the right fit later....

I’m sure you too might be keeping an eye out for other opportunities...😃

Now a days don't differentiate between service or consulting... both are same.. fyi deloitte is service only.. don't go into name always..
