Hi all, Capgemini is providing senior consultant role with 23 lpa (21 fix). My current ctc is 16.5 (14fix) in Deloitte USI as a tech consultant with 6 yrs exp and Expecting 10% hike in this june appraisal.

Wlb in current project is so good but no new learning in past 2 years and capgemini is hiring for latest tech skill. I still have 90 days notice period. What shall I do? Expecting your feedback. Thanks!!

Try to negotiate with Deloitte

They won't negotiate this much.. he is getting a good package considering his year of experience.. even if he stay now with no negotiation.. next year hike also he won't be getting this much... Just an FYI

Correct, in this case he must accept the offer and try for other companies. As in Capgemini his growth and salary both will stop.

Don't give second thought please join capgemini.. it good company.

Btw its not a good company just for your information. ๐Ÿ˜‡

You definitely understand a company better when you are currently part of it. In the IT industry its less about good/bad and more about what aligns with your goals at the moment.

If someone is getting a decent package... its fair to take the opportunity and continue exploring better options down the line. If Capgemini doesnโ€™t feel like the right fit later....

Iโ€™m sure you too might be keeping an eye out for other opportunities...๐Ÿ˜ƒ

That's my thought ๐Ÿ˜‡
