Job switch advice

I have been working in same US R&D company in Bengaluru office for 13 years since I joined.

Currently my designation is Senior Principal Software Engineer and below is my compensation

Annual Salary 42 Lacks Bonus 5.5 Lacks annual Stocks $10,000 every year wested over 4 years

I works in Java/ Cloud/GenAI Tech stack

Should i switch company based on above compensation and year of exp in same company ?
