Job switch advice

I worked in a famous MNC as a Cloud infra support for almost 2 years, and then I got AI Developer role in a startup product based company, where we develop a social media application like Instagram-but a lot different than Instagram.

But the thing here is, I was getting paid 4LPA in LTIMindtree and I came here agreeing for 5LPA. The switch hike was less, but still for the role(from support to AI Developer) I came here. The actual aggreement according to offer letter is 1 month unpaid for performance overlook and 2 months stipend and I will get permanent after this(3 months total), and when I get permanent I need to get 5LPA.

The issue now is, I haven't recieved my salary yet in the new company(now it's 5 months since I started here). When we asked for salary, the CEO says "we are out of fund and cannot give salary to you. So people who cannot stay, can leave". We don't know when he will pay. I have my family dependency too, so everyone says me to search for some other job and go. But as a product based startup and being here from the start of the company, I think there's a lot of scope when the company grows big. I learnt a lot of things in this 4 months in this startup than my 2 years in MNC.

I'm now confused what to do, whether to stay here without knowing when we will get paid or look for any other job and go start. Go starting from somewhere is ok but switching job is not an easy thing from support role to developer role. Please help me guys.
