Job switch advice

As a recent graduate currently earning a 7 LPA CTC (not in-hand), I have received an offer for a 10 LPA in-hand salary. I am considering accepting it but have only been with my current company for 4 months. What would be the best way to approach resigning professionally in this situation?"

I need your guidance on resigning respectfully. Any advice you can give can help me

Thanks

Just be true. You can communicate properly that you have found better oppertunity else where and deciding to move out.
Thank them for giving you the chance for them.

You can surely put it up professionally that the market value of your skills is more than what current organisation is paying. If you want to stay back due to any reasons then you can negotiate to match the same offer in current organisation.
