Job Switch

Hi guys,

I’m currently an Apm(2 yr product experience and 2 yr consulting experience, tier 1 college). I’m thinking of switching. I have been asking for a promotion from the management since last couple of months but they have been saying that I lack ownership.

How’s the market. What pay/hike can I expect?
