Hi I am looking for some advice. Currently working in Accenture as Java developer with overall 5 yoe. Skilled in sprint boot rest API and Microservices. I am planning to switch now what is the current market rate that we can expect ? Current salary is 9.4lpa please advise

At your experience your ctc is low, you should try for atleast 20lpa
all other comments are valid . Always try for 30% in switch its standard . and you can try for more . Don’t settle for one offer if they low balled . Use current offers to get new better offers. People can get 40-50% in your yoe . Research the company you are applying for in leetcode they give salary negotiations expectations . This will give you idea how much that company has given ctc in past

Its low but not bad , u can easily switch and get 15 - 20 but notice period will come as barrier
