Tired of TCS and all the scams including fake hope of promotions, wings1 and what not. All kinds of elaborate fairy tales😒 I need to find another job ASAP. Where do I start? And how do I begin? Please give your best suggestions. I am an automation engineer.

What is advantage of clearing wings 1 and wings2 do we get salary hike?

Yes you get a revised salary according to your clearance.
But the thing is, it's almost impossible to clear it in one go. And there are two attempts in a year.

@ProfitableFedora wings2 is comparatively easier. If you are an old timer in tcs and C2 or above. You can get some decent hike.
