Job Suggestion
Hey Viners, I would like to check about the working culture of Protiviti. The role I am offered is on payroll with Robert Half Japan and I will be working as a rolling contract for Protiviti Japan. Is it worth taking the opportunity for Protiviti and with commitment to convert to a full time employee with Protiviti post 12 months. Seeking some thoughts on this. Thanks !
Not great. Toxic even. Short term - sure it will feel like the right place and you may most enjoy the flexibility it offers. Eventually this org a kind of setup drains energy, kills motivation and rarely feels secure. You’re better off spending your time and effort somewhere that values you from day one to a long-term day when you begin another chapter. Your career deserves a worthy org, not a waiting game.
