Job struggle - on notice period

I am in TCS for 4 years earning 4.5LPA and I am notice period. I have been searching for jobs nearly 3 months but I didn’t get any. Now, I am depressed and my parents and my brother insisting me to take back resignation or else I will not get money (25k)/m. But for me it like I stucked here and not able to get any job offers. I am not sure why. I am trying for DevOps position still no one reach me out. In 4 years of experience no hr contacted me for hiring even though I apply continuously and modifying the resume and updating my skills. I am not sure why it is happening.

10th marks - 9.5/10 12th marks - 962/1000 B.tech percentage - 80

Not IITan or NITan just came from tier 3 college. I studied hard and put all my efforts in learning and improving my skills and did practical implementation in projects. My friends enjoyed a lot and earning more money than me. This effected me more. Neither I get any thing like opportunities nor I enjoyed my life upto much. My parents and brother always shouting at me that I didn’t do anything like everybody earning more money than you and I am a waste. I failed to get an interview in for 3 years because my resume is getting rejected everytime. My friends whom I taught they are getting interview calls and they are attending interviews. I am not sure why. They ask me for doubts and I clarify their doubts. What’s stopping me I don’t understand

I don’t want to take my resignation back. Weather it is good or bad i want to move on from TCS. This is my resume. Can somebody help me in getting interviews please. This is a request from my side.

Bad luck
Not updating myself according to market

There is a huge difference between studio and oversmart . Why you resign without offier? Do you enjoy living at your parents money , if no take resignation back.
