Want to know the job security in IBM? I think it’s a great place to work in. Just put your best performance and you will be recognised. But, yes, one thing you must know work-life balance is out of window in this company. Nevertheless, you get paid really well.
Yes, yes. No need to worry about job security in IBM. It is a very good firm. They cannot just fire you for no apparent reason. Make sure you deliver your work on time and work well and get recognition from time to time and you will be fine.
Yo, brother! Job security in IBM is an absolute mess. They laid off so many employees. I personally know two three people who are laid off from IBM. If you want to save your mental health and looking for a stable career, don’t go to IBM.
I don’t mean to alarm you but if you’re on bench for long your job security in IBM may be in danger. Otherwise, if there’s flow of projects and you’re working regularly you will be okay only. But, ye recession ka koi guarantee nahi hai, you never know when they announce layoffs.
