Job Search Update: Still No job

Oh well, this month I gave 5 assignments, went to the final rounds with 3 companies but 2 companies ghosted me (I think they used assignments to get free work) and the last one said the position is on hold.

Right now I am waiting for the final round from one more company (I don't know I feel they're gonna ghost too) and there is one more company where I used referral (Its already been 20 days still haven't received update from resume round) I asked the person who gave me refferal about the update and she said shortlisting is still going on.

Now what I learned from all this experience - Don't apply to all weird companies just because you are desperate (You will lose your motivation from rejections). Second Believe in your hard work and yes stay motivated enough to not leave your career.
