Job Search Started

Post MBA Infosys ltd is my first Corporate life. Its been 1.5 yrs here as Associate consultant. Have been part of the project for almost a year.Client is quite demanding but fortunately with team work and learning a bit everyday we managed it well as BA. Though I understand that 1 yr exp is less, and I am still at the starting face of learning I feel it is a saturation point for me here in Infy and the repetitive work has started. I am looking for a switch either IJP or to other organisations. preferably other organisations because IJP will not give me a raise(education loan to pay for🥲).
