Trending @Infosys; Job referral for node and react js

I have a referral profile for Node js and React js ( Mern Stack developer) . When I apply from the referral portal it shows that the application already exists even though there is no history of the interview happening. Could you please any one help to check whether there is another process or could you please help with any direct referral ?

Note : the referred profile is a immediate joiner.

Already tried. But it's is not going through. I can see there is more vacancy for this profiles. But candidate can apply only for one job id. And it is still in in screen mirroring processs. Not going through after that .
