Job recommendation in Pune

I have been raised in Pune and also have family here. Currently working in Bangalore, decent salary (18LPA). I work as a generalist in a AI startup. Basically I am a business guy currently selling some software

I wanted to know if I can switch to Pune for something similar and earn more than 18LPA if not more. Work ex is 1.5 yrs

Pls share your salary ranges and what work you do so that I can start exploring those roles

P.S I don’t have any sector preference. Anywhere I can get good ownership works for me
