I joined tcs on digital profile directly.I have heard that if We get C band by any chance , package would be dropped to ninja. Is it applicable for me too. I have never appeared for tcs wings1 exam?

Don’t worry you are safe that’s only for wings1 associate who usually get 25k as elevate incentive in salary. So if you have any incentive component in payslip then you need to worry… otherwise chill…
