Job query tcs urgent
I joined tcs in oct 2024 in C2 grade Bangalore at high package and been allocated in app support project at max C2 package.. but other team mates are less than 50% of my package.. is it a threat to my job.. as I'm searching out tcs for job but I'm not getting any...
This is me too actually. C3b with 33lpa. I see others are much hardworking and less paid with 17 yrs exp
How did you get to know others salary who are less paid with 17 yoe?

Long timers in tcs are underpaid . Those who come from outside are coming at high packages. Sometimes I have seen associate salary is more than the delivery manager. I have seen 9 YOE with 55L salary as well. So it happens. Better not to discuss salaries with other team mates to avoid any kind of friction in long run
What is your salary bdw ? Why you think you have high salary long timers may have less salary but for lateral generally package is good.
The delivery partner level people will be aware of your salary range because of the project margin calculation
If you want peace of mind don’t ask or discuss about package with colleagues 😂
Are tcs managers aware of our salary, bcoz I think everyone in our project r underpaid even manager?
