Job Opportunities Vs Health Insurance Benefits
Lately, I've heard that TCS offers the best health insurance compared to other IT companies for their employees. I somewhat agree, as I've used it annually for my dad's hospitalizations. Because of this, I'm hesitant to join other companies. I know it might sound silly, but considering the money I spend on my parents' hospitalizations, I'm unsure if I'm making the right decision. Should I take the risk and explore other opportunities, especially considering the market conditions? I'd appreciate genuine suggestions.

Every company has good health insurance, premium may vary but not very much. Still if you are scared, you can take outside insurance also. You will get a better salary in other companies and pay the extra premium on insurance.
TCS has good floater cover than another company but base cover is less, In my previous org base was 5 lac but no floater. So yes if your annual medical bills are more than stick to TCS for this indirect benifit
