Job Offer's Confusion

Got an offer from FNZ (Fintech, Wealth Management) for 12 LPA fixed, 5 days WFO for 3 months then 3 days WFO, free food & cab. Concern: It's 22km from home & DOJ is April 13.

Also have Persistent offering 12 LPA fixed, food, 2 days WFO & <1km distance. Client is Microsoft, but DOJ is April 7 (HR is super strict).

NIQ, Deloitte, NICE interviews are lined up next week, but no guarantees.

Tech stack: .NET, Azure, Angular, 3.5 YOE. My target was to crack 15 LPA hybrid & <10km.
