Job offer - should I switch?

Hey, I'm in Accenture currently with around 2.5 YOE and 6.5 LPA CTC, I got an offer from EY for 11 LPA. Do you think I should accept the offer or should I wait to get more experience before I go for a switch? How much do you think would be the in hand salary for 11LPA. I'm yet to receive offer letter and confirm in hand salary from HR. What do you ppl suggest?
