Job Offer(Salary increment)

I had resigned from my previous org couple of months back I have 1 year 4 months of full time experience for a frontwnd developer role.. My previous comp was 13 LPA fixed, I got an offer from another company, they are giving me 16 LPA fixed (remote). Is this a good hike? It's not even 23% increment. Usually I have seen people getting atleast 50% increment on their previous withdrawn salary while switching and sometimes even more. People get more than this during annual increment. And also this job is remote while most of the jobs are in Bengaluru and there comes additional living expense cost if I take a job in Bengaluru with a offer more than 16LPA. Please help me how should I go about this given the market situation. I was expecting around 18LPA in this company even if it is remote.

Irrespective of whether it's remote or in office ?

Don’t compare percentages! Your hike is equivalent to 50% on 6L is or 100% on 3L.

3L hike isn’t too bad in this market considering you’re not changing roles. SE1 → SE1
