When negotiating with a company, is it okay to disclose the name of another company that has extended an offer if they insist on it?

I mentioned to HR that I have an offer from a reputed MNC, but they keep insisting that I disclose the company name, saying they need to update it on their portal. Is it standard practice to share such details, or should this remain confidential?
