Job offer HCL . E3B role

Guys. I got offer from HCL for E3B role .. tech specialist .. any idea .. how is HCL in terms of job security. As i hear their they track 9 hrs..and. I dont see any positive review on glassdoor as well.. If any one knows let me know.. I am looking for work life balance+ job security

I know someone who works with HCL as Full stack developer and they are having complete WFH situation. Didn't ask much but didn't complain either.

Heard they have Some app installed to track 9 hrs .. if u dint comply u get call from manager

Join HCL, as in sometime you will adopt the culture and accordingly you can balance your work. Job security is not there in TCS as well. Also you will have increased salary in HCL
