Job offer from TCS
Hey everyone! I just got an offer from TCS for their Informatica BFS project. Does anyone have insights or experiences they can share about working in this domain?
I got nice package, I have 3 yoe in Informatica PowerCenter.
What’s the package that they offered ?
Consider few things 9 hours in office is mandatory for 5days.
I have been in other big companies and some product based companies the projects that I worked in are a bit toxic. Majority of the people are planning to leave or not happy in project.
I would advise to reconsider. If you want to retire and not go anywhere else I would advise to come here . Once you leave TCS they don’t hire you again
Don't spoil your career by joining in non growth (talking from employees side view) company
Don't waste your career at tcs...try at other companies with this job offer
Congrats on the offer. TCS's Informatica BFS project is a solid gig. Your 3 years in PowerCenter will shine. Growth might be slow, but the package is good. Take it.
At present they are not providing hikes on every year

If you are getting 3x hike, join it. Or else kick the HR
