Somewhere between market is terrible but getting calls but rejected on technicalities like notice period or egotistical statup founders who think raising a series A makes them gods

Who said it's only startups? Old companies with older founders and leaders grow double the size and count of horns already on their heads after a PE firm even breathes at them.
India is turning into a cash and ego driven job market. We can start seeing situations where roles will sit idle just because a leader does not want to give up on their ego.
