Job market is weird and unfare.

Me and my friend started a job at 9lpa in oct 2024. Now my friend got pip and he was removed but next company hired him at industry standard hike and he got 15lpa job.

So loyal and hard working employee like me will stay at 9lpa for next 2 years and max reach 12lpa after 3-4 years in same company..

But someone who leaves company in 6 months and was not able to perform has got 15lpa from 9lpa in 6 months.

Great. Society appreciates cheating and punishes loyalty.
