Despite the education rate improving in India why is unemployment so high and the job market so small? What do you think are the market gaps which should be filled so that new graduates and startups both have jobs and provide jobs.

Shift focus to skill based learning instead of marks

Students don't seem to learn fundamental concepts, they just want to learn/use flashy tools. YouTube shorts of fanga/manga company perks is biggest reason as per me. They just want high paying job, but not learn the things. Educational syllabus is another big reason, still teaching unwanted topics.

Why does engineering drawing mandated for all streams of btech 1st year students?
