Hey everyone... 👋🏻 It's almost one year in Infosys I'm completed. My job level is 3 and can I expect coming months job level Promotion?. And how much role hike promotion we can except in percentage? ... If there no promotion in this limit (period) years means then can I expect hike for this year.. how much I expect? And My current role is associate business analyst.

You need to fight and take a stand for yourself to get a promotion.. ( unless you are a female employee , you can expect the unexpected promotion!!! [ now now... I don't mean any offence here , it's just females/women are getting frequent promotions nowadays in MNCs due to God knows what reason ] )
