How many sub levels are there in JL5 ??
It depends on hierarchy ... say someone is a technology analyst this promotion hierarchy has one level only as Technology Lead (5A) Similar one is at senior Associate consultant hierarchy he will have JL 5 with consultant & senior consultant ( 5B ,5A) More information visit infy me and search job description system and select other profile description here entire organisation structure is listed 😎

So am I eligible for promotion for next level??
And I have 8+ years of experience in total
If you are in consulting role it will be 5b 5a but analyst role it will be 4a and then 5a and if you get to 6 then it will be again a and b
My role is Senior Analyst - ( technology name). And in offer letter , it is mentioning only 4 . Now for promotion, suppose I go for IJP which role should I select, and also what will be my next role by promotion ( without IJP)
