Trending @Capgemini; Job In India Or Master In UK

Hello Folks, To keep it simple , I am working professional with 2.5yrs of experience in software engineer, But from last 2 yrs there is no promotion no hike in capgemini , I am on the same position with same salary. Now my Parents ask me to switch to UK for better career growth. Even I am confused that should I opt for Masters in UK or continue here in India and look for a better job ? I am already looking but most of the HR's never revert back(guess this is due to coming recession). Idk I am confused shall I opt for UK for 1 year masters and then field job or continue here only. Also I am looking to get to UK more based on work visa in a field job rather than doing master's. Any Suggestions?

If you want quick career growth, a master's in the UK can open doors. But it's costly. Upskilling in India might be cheaper and equally effective. Weigh your options and finances carefully.
