Job in Devops skill
My husband have 2+ years of experience in engineer tech support role now he have completed course in Aws and Devops and searching for job in Devops domain.We are eagerly trying to get a job for him.He is fast learner and have kept all concepts clear for interview. Few peoples are suggesting to go for experience job(tell interview that whatever experience he is having is on Devops)and few are saying apply for entry level jobs as a fresher. I personally feel he should get a atleast analyst level in Devops. Can anyone suggest how to proceed to find a job for him

He is basically a fresher in the domain but it’s a good time to go into DevOps/Cloud. Tell him to make some projects from scratch and post his projects on LinkedIn.
Choose a Cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) and get a real cert in it - this will get you some interviews.
Don’t worry about % hike on current salary, get into a role and then switch company after 1 year, with good hike because he will have real experience.
Connect with LinkedIn recruiters from specific companies and send them your projects/portfolio and ask them for an interview.
