Job hunting is so frustrating

Have not heard back from a single recruiter. I know that I have been applying only for 2 weeks now and it takes on average 3 months for anyone to find a job but it's fucking frustrating.

Not getting any calls, being on PIP I am not sure how much I can take it.

P.S. in case you have any openings in data analytics for an experience of ~7 years then please let me know. I am on PIP and and looking for a job desperately.
