Job hunting has took a toll on my mental health and I'm very depressed
Hi guys I had previously made a post about being a student in symbiosis doing mba. I've been looking for job since January on campus as well as off campus, there were a large number of sales roles coming in our college so I started looking for core finance role from outside. I got very few leads one ghosted after 5-6 rounds others ghosted me after 2-3 rounds, this process has taken a hit on mental health. I feel dead inside. I've taken a huge loan which will be starting in another 6 months. I'm having conversation with a couple of startups right now, but they are not responding quickly so I don't have much hopes from them. Some companies in college just took couple of rounds of interview just for the sake of maintaining relations. If anyone could help me with referrals or advice it'd be great. Thank you

Iim guys are also in the same boat. I've reports of almost all the top B schools, you'll be shocked to see how many of them are unplaced. Job market is 📉📉📉
Did they give placement guarantee??
If yes, then find other students like you who are struggling and get the placement team off their asses to get you Gus lined up for jobs..
All B-schools offer placement assistance and not placement guarantee, they're very slick with it, we did talk to them and they're like the placement season has stopped in February itself
