Job hunt dilemma

I have been job hunting for the past 4 months now. I religiously applied for jobs, did resume modifications and uploaded in linkedin once every week. I was using easy apply from LinkedIn to send applications. I wouldn't even receive acknowledgements of application.

I started visiting the career pages of companies with vacancies to directly apply. No luck yet. I recently updated my Naukri profile with a notice period of 1 month. I received a couple of calls from HRs, but I couldn't lie much on the call. I blurted out that notice period is of 3 months but it's negotiable and buyout options are available. HRs simply say we need candidates within a month, can't shortlist your profile.

My enthusiasm is drowning, not lately motivated to actively apply.

I've been working at the same company for the past 6 yrs. I joined as an Associate Software Developer and currently working as a Senior Software Developer. I'm worried about being stuck in the same place with a low package. I don't believe in resigning without an offer.

How can I get my first offer with a notice period of 3 months? How can I get out of this dilemma?
