Job Hunt . List of companies?

Can someone provide a list of companies which immediately sends an assessment/short project to complete to advance to interview rounds? Resume shortlist, referrals are not working for me. There are very few jobs where I have all the relevant tech stacks. May you get good karma for sharing. I will also add as I come across.
