Ive had 6 jobs in 3 years. How do I explain this without looking flaky?

Each move made sense at the time, but now my resume looks like a game of career pinball. Will any company take a chance on me?

No that is solely based on organisation requirements. They will reject you even if you have spent 10 years in a company or they will welcome you even if you are switching companies if there is a client requirement.
