I am an associate level . Imagine if I will be in same project approx how many years it will take to become TL . Is it very difficult to become TL in current circumstances. Please reply I am asking these qns bcz my salary is very very low.

At least it will take minimum 7 years to get promoted to TL provided consistent performance throughout and it may take 4-5 years if you perform exceptionally

18 months should be mandatory for any promotion eligibility

Not true at all. But it's a good guideline. I myself have got back to back from SE to SSE in a span of year.
